Fighter's Reset for MMA athletes.

Camps break the body down; recovery is where the win is built. The Fighter's Reset is a structured 90-minute session designed with combat sport realities in mind — repeated head impact, chronic sympathetic load, and the psychological weight of the walk to the cage.

Reiki here is not mystical adornment. It is a quiet, hands-on nervous system reset used alongside your coaches, doctors, and strength staff — never in place of them.

Post-Fight Down-Regulation

Move the body out of fight-or-flight after the adrenaline dump. Slower breathing, softened jaw, restored sleep the same night.

Cranial & Cervical Rest

Gentle, non-manipulative work around the head and neck to support recovery after repeated impact. Concussion clearance stays with your physician.

Fascia-Aware Energy Work

Hand positions mapped to overloaded chains — hips, lats, forearms — to help tissue release between grappling and striking sessions.

Cage-Night Reset

A focused pre-fight visualization and grounding block to steady the walkout heart rate without dulling the edge.

Built for

Pro & amateur MMA, BJJ, and Muay Thai athletes — plus corners and camp staff who carry the same weight.

"Elora's practice feels different because it's physically present. There's no fluff, just a profound sense of return to my own center."

The Method

Reiki is more than a spiritual concept; it is a measurable calming of the stress response. My sessions follow a specific arc of restoration:

01

Assessment

We begin with a brief consultation to identify physical tension and emotional weight currently present in your life.

02

Subtle Realignment

Using light touch or non-touch techniques, I guide energy flow to congested areas, encouraging the body's natural healing response.

03

Integration

Every session concludes with a grounding period, ensuring you leave the studio feeling present and capable.

Common Enquiries

What should I wear to a session?

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is best. You will remain fully clothed during the entire session, lying on a padded treatment table.

Do I need to believe in Reiki for it to work?

Reiki is not a belief system. While a receptive mind is helpful, the work engages the nervous system regardless of your philosophical stance.

How many sessions do I need?

A single session can provide immediate relief. For long-standing patterns, a series of three to four sessions is often recommended.

Is distance healing as effective as in-person?

Many clients report equivalent depth from remote sessions. Energy is not bound by proximity — presence and intention are.
